Practitioners

  • Claim help. If your sign-in code did not arrive or was rejected, email us from your practice address with your TPB registration number and we will link the listing to you manually.
  • Correct a listing. Claimed listings are edited from your dashboard. If a registration detail differs from the TPB register, tell us which field and we will fix it.
  • Remove a listing.Email us with your TPB registration number and the words “remove my listing”. We remove it within five business days and keep it out of future register imports. See the privacy policy for what that does and does not change.
  • Billing.Cancel, update your card or download tax invoices from “Manage subscription” on your dashboard. Email us for anything else.
